• We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Force Majeure
• We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, strikes, etc.).
10. Intellectual Property
